Obelisks. I have photographed them once more since then, so you will see them again someday.

Will you have more of the trees also? What odd looking trees… do you know what kind they are? I’ve never seen trees with that kind of shape/structure before… How odd!

Jeff, would you believe that I only see it now that you mention it? I guess I’m used to seeing them in that spot, to the point that I don’t even notice them anymore. Now that you mention it, they are odd looking, and probably worth paying another visit with camera.

Thanks for pointing that out! 🙂

Looking at them again now, even more odd, they seem to be, like – flat, two dimensional almost, limbs just going out to the sides, like living menorahs, and not to the front or back! I am sure they were probably just oddly pruned that way… or maybe not… but all the same, very odd looking trees the way the branches grow that way! I would be interested in seeing more of them, and learning more of what exactly type of trees they are!

And look at that – I gave at least a possible one day filled of knowing what to shoot! You’re welcome! 🙂

Well, Jeff, I wasn’t going to mention it, but about you giving me at least a possible one day of knowing what to shoot… Would this remark be related to my photo-a-day thingy? Well, about that: there’s still a bit more than one month of work in the pipeline, but…

(It was never the plan to do this a whole year, remember?)
