Let’s all shoot one camera!

As mentioned in my previous post, each participant in “Let’s all shoot one camera!” was allowed two shots. So, here’s my second shot. I thought it was so much fun, sending a camera halfway or even all the way around the world, each participant taking two shots, then sending the camera onwards, that I signed up again for the next camera. If it doesn’t get lost, we might see some results within a year.

On an unrelated note, today was redheadday 2012. It has become sort of a tradition for me to go there. In a way, I was even looking forward to it, but as the day approached, I really started to wonder why I should go, and whether I should go. Isn’t it the same every year? Is there anything new to see, to do, to shoot?

Well, I did go there today, but I’m still not sure how I feel about it. Yes, I’m glad I went there, it was nice to be among the redheads again, to walk and shoot, but I don’t think there will be any interesting photos from me. Now, I’ve got a year to think about this.

Should I go again, should I skip a year? If I go again, should I just go and shoot “at random”, as I have done for the past years? Or should I come up with a plan, maybe even sign up for a booth, maybe together with Richo, who, I’m sure, can teach me a thing or two (or ten or fifty) about portrait and/or people photography? I don’t know, but it’s time to think about it.

And you forget to mention which camera this was??
I guess I could look it up on APUG, but still…

Other than that: nice Dutch scene, but not a spectacular picture. But of course that is not the point of this exercise. It is a fun concept.

Oops, I stand corrected, you did mention the camera in the previous shot.
That’s what you get for browsing backwards through a photoblog.
