Colour is surreal

Strange… the world presents itself to us in colour. So colour should be normal, right?

Well, it doesn’t always feel that way to me. Shooting mostly black and white, I find it strange, almost surreal to look at my colour slides…

Still, it brings some colour to this site every now and then 😉

Interesting that this color has higher contrast than your usual b&w images.

Jacco, your next two images are different than this and I am glad.
This image is very strong in filtering the subject from background by one of my most favorite method: out of focus. Same thing you using partially in image fr0m 15th of Feb.
